Pia Eske Bruun is a director in our Private Investment Funds team.
Pia advises on the formation and operation of investment funds and related aspects. In addition, Pia advises on financial and regulatory matters relating to asset managers and alternative investment funds.
With experience from working at the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority and asset managers, Pia has special knowledge of the rules governing alternative investment fund managers.
Pia also advises institutional and other professional investors on the acquisition of interests in investment funds.
