CoreCapital completes final closing of their first fund

CoreCapital's first fund has reached final closing, securing total commitments of more than DKK 500 million. The fund is dedicated to investing in the green transition and has received commitments from notable investors, including Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and European Investment Fund. Plesner acted as legal counsel to CoreCapital, advising on all aspects of the structuring and formation of the fund.

CoreCapital has completed the final closing of CoreCapital fund I, securing commitments totaling more than DKK 500 million. 

CoreCapital operates as an alternative investment platform with a strategic focus on subcontractors driving the green transition. The fund targets investments in areas such as solar energy, biogas, power-to-x, batteries, power grids, and wind energy, aligning with its mission to support the green transition while delivering strong returns for investors.

The fund has attracted commitments from Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and European Investment Fund.
