Caroline is an attorney-at-law in our Private Investment Funds team.
Caroline advises on all aspects of the structuring, fundraising and establishment of private investment funds across strategies, including legal and commercial issues relating to the operation of such investment vehicles.
Caroline also advises institutional and professional investors on investments in private investment funds, as well as on co-investments alongside private investment funds.
Caroline's academic background includes a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
