Case News
Triple Private Equity has reached final closing of its first fund, Triple Private Equity Fund I, at EUR 513 million, reaching its hard cap.

The fund has attracted a broad international investor base, including pension funds, asset managers, financial institutions, and family offices across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.

Plesner has advised Triple Private Equity throughout the fundraising process, including on regulatory matters, structuring, and investor negotiations.

With already several active investments completed, the fund invests in software and data B2B businesses in the UK and Northern Europe providing mission-critical financial infrastructure and governance, risk and compliance. The large backing from a diverse internal investor group reflects strong confidence in the fund's strategy and the team behind it.

With the successful closing, Triple Private Equity will continue to support its portfolio companies in scaling their operations and accelerating growth. The firm aims to partner closely with management teams to drive long-term value creation in its target sectors.

Plesner advised alongside Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates.
