CBRE IM sells 463 residential units in Central Copenhagen

The residences are student apartments located directly across from the National Gallery of Denmark. 

It’s an iconic building - not only due to its architecture and location but also because of its history as the former headquarters of the Danish State Railways (DSB).

The DIS Foundation (Danish Institute for Study Abroad), which has purchased the property, intends to use it for the foundation's own students.

Plesner advised CBRE Investment Management during the entire process, including structuring and negotiation of the contractual basis of the agreement with DIS, as well as on all tax and VAT aspects of the transaction.

CBRE was the commercial advisor of CBRE Investment Management.
