Within Equity Capital Markets, Henrik has been involved in the IPOs of Netcompany, ISS, Nets, Trifork, Green Hydrogen Systems, Aquaporin, Orphazyme (initial Copenhagen IPO as well as Nasdaq NYC IPO), Zealand Pharma (NYC), Nordic Transport Group, Scandinavian Tobacco Group, Nordic Waterproofing (Nasdaq Stockholm), Forward Pharma (NYC) and RISMA Systems (Nasdaq First North), Svitzer (Nasdaq Copenhagen), Noble Corporation (NYSE and Nasdaq Copenhagen) as well as follow-on offerings for Tryg, Aquaporin, DSV, Green Hydrogen Systems, Bang & Olufsen, Better Collective, Orphazyme, Ambu, Nordjyske Bank.
Within in particular tech, life science and financial institutions and fintech, Henrik has a very strong track record within private M&A, acting for clients such as Facebook, Airbnb, Socket, Catalyst, Pfizer, Miro, Netcompany, Too Good to Go, Trustpilot, Pento, Penneo, Cmbio, and advised aborted de-SPAC of Saxo Bank (SPAC mandate) as well acted for a number of private equity firms, including KKR, Verdane, Copilot, Sentinel Partners and Summit Partners.
In addition, Henrik is very active in the VC/Emerging Companies space, acting for a large number of VC backed companies and VC funds, including several of largest VC transactions in Denmark, involving companies such as Too Good to Go, Flatpay, Hemab, Shark Solutions, Monthio, Dewa, UNION therapeutics, Trustpilot, Hoba Therapeutics, Skape Bio, Refuel Bio, Synklino, Cmbio, Adcendo and Nornorm. Further, Henrik has acted for many of world's largest VC funds including Index Ventures, Orbimed, Sofinnova, DST Capital, Google Ventures, NEA, Citadel Surveyor and QIA on minority investments.
Further, Henrik has acted on a number of the largest Public M&A transactions as well as many smaller and mid-sized transactions, including related to RSA (by consortium consisting of Tryg and Intact), Topdanmark, Torm, Nilfisk, Svitzer, Penneo, Skako, Releysis, Hafnia/Torm, Maersk Drilling, Nørresundby Bank, Migatronic, Svitzer, Simcorp, Re-Match, RISMA Systems and Relesys.
