Attorney-at-law and Legal Advisor

Career
From Attorney-at-law/legal advisor to manager, director, senior counsel, and partner. At Plesner, there are many career paths for a lawyer or legal advisor. The most important part is that you can provide client-focused, value-adding advice at the highest level.

Education and Specialization

As an Attorney-at-law or legal advisor, you participate in our internal education programs throughout your career. These programs are designed to train your skills in both generating new business for Plesner, your role as a trusted advisor and your leadership and management skills, to ensure your ability to guide your colleagues in their professional and personal development.

In addition to Plesner's internal education programs, you will continuously be given the option to participate in courses and education to keep you updated within your legal specialty. You are also given the opportunity to expand your legal horizons through secondments to other law firms domestically and internationally or through a sabbatical to pursue further education.

Secondment abroad was an amazing experience. It was interesting to see what it’s like to work at a law office in another country. I have returned to Plesner with renewed energy and a ton of experiences, insights, and inputs.
