Career
At Plesner, you may advance to Senior Counsel if you have at least 10 years of experience and have successfully served as a manager or director for several years. Your expertise comes from your time as a successful manager or director at Plesner or a position in the business world or the public sector.

The next natural step in your career is to take on a larger role in the managing of our complex and strategically important projects, the mentoring of experienced lawyers, business development, and the continued training of colleagues. Senior counsel may be a step towards becoming a partner.
