Becoming a manager may be a step towards becoming a director or senior counsel.

With a few years of experience as a manager, we expect you to deliver excellent service to our clients and nurture the next generation of assistant attorneys/junior legal advisors, while continuing to evolve in your role as an advisor.
Your role in projects
As a manager, you will lead projects to the satisfaction of clients and colleagues. You manage to stay ahead of the process, ensuring effective processes across teams, and a high level of information shared with the team and client. You are a role model for Plesner's collaborative culture and work to ensure the well-being of all colleagues on your projects. Your proactivity and efforts to create a strong team collaboration make you a sought-after project leader.
Your role in leadership
You will continuously evaluate selected assistant attorneys/junior legal advisors from your team, focusing on their professional and personal development. In collaboration with a partner, you will conduct three annual feedback meetings, guiding the junior assistant attorneys/junior legal advisors in delivering high-quality support on cases and motivating them in their continued growth. Your commitment to their education makes you a sought-after leader.
Your role in client development and client acquisition
In collaboration with a partner, you will take part in several client teams, while also being involved in client-oriented activities, such as seminars, conferences, and articles.
