Attractive Compensation Package

We offer an attractive base salary and bonus scheme for all legal professionals. As an Assistant Attorney/Junior Legal Advisor and first- to second-year lawyer or legal advisor, you receive a fixed salary with an annual increase. When you reach your third-year, you will be invited to an individual salary review.

Flexible Working Arrangements

At Plesner, we provide flexibility in your choice of work station. After 3-6 months of employment, you have the option to plan your week with workdays at Plesner's office, your home, or another suitable location. It is also possible to split workday between multiple locations. We supply office furniture and IT equipment to help you set up a comfortable home office.

A Solid Pension Scheme

At Plesner we have a pension scheme with Danica Pension. Plesner’s monthly contribution to your pension is based on your seniority. Your own contribution is 4% with the option to contribute more.

Reliable Health Insurance

At Plesner, we provide health insurance via Danica Pension to grant access to treatment with healthcare providers such as a psychologist, physiotherapist, or chiropractor, if needed. The insurance also provides access to private hospitals to avoid long waiting lists. You have the possibility to add additional insurance for your immediate family and children for an extra fee.

Vacation 

We offer 5 weeks of vacation and 5 additional holiday days. All employees are given a day off on Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve. Additionally, we offer a day off if you are moving. Additionally, Plesner has discount agreements for travel insurance and hotels in Denmark, which you can benefit from, when you take your vacation.

Parental Leave 

We provide equal pay during parental leave for fathers, mothers, and co-parents. Pregnant employees begin pregnancy leave 4 weeks prior to the expected birth and receive full salary for up to 24 weeks after giving birth. Fathers and co-parents are also granted up to 24 weeks of paid parental leave with their full salary. Furthermore, you have the option to work part-time receiving your regular full salary for up to three months within the first six months, after your parental leave has ended. 

Sabbatical Leave

You can apply for a 3-month self-paid sabbatical, when you have been employed for 5 years. This sabbatical may be used to pursue interests that are not related to education, as a different leave policy applies to educational purposes. How you spend your sabbatical is entirely up to you, whether it be time with your family, traveling the world, renovating your summer house, or something entirely different.
