Henrik Kure
Henrik is a partner in Plesner's Banking and Finance team. He specializes in corporate lending, acquisitions, and project finance transactions. He focuses in particular on the financing of M&A transactions, infrastructure, renewable energy, and real estate.
Henrik has broad experience in complex cross-border corporate finance transactions, with a particular focus on corporate lending, acquisitions, and project finance transactions. He mainly advises banks, pension funds, private equity sponsors, debt funds, and corporate borrowers.
Henrik also has significant experience assisting lenders and borrowers in all stages of special situations in debt finance and debt restructuring, drawing on his extensive knowledge of finance and insolvency law.
Henrik has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is the author of a leading textbook on corporate finance law in Denmark, which is mandatory reading at the University of Copenhagen, Aarhus University, and Copenhagen Business School. In addition, Henrik has published a number of journal articles on banking and finance law.
