Compliance is often perceived as a barrier to commercial development. Yet, as it is cross functional across industries, it can be a competitive advantage if done well and efficiently.
To support this development, Plesner is launching the Plesner Compliance Network, a forum for Heads of Compliance and senior compliance officers to receive practical legal updates from Plesner's specialists across a broad range of compliance disciplines.
Our first seminar will take place on Wednesday, 28 October 2026, bringing together compliance professionals for practical insights and discussion.

- Risk/crisis management and criminal liability - Sarah Schæffer and Marie Plambech Pedersen
