Lise also has extensive experience in screening for potential authorisation requirements in other countries.

Finally, Lise advises on the FSR rules, which establishes a authorisation requirement to the European Commission in certain M&A-transactions and public procurement procedures. Lise has, inter alia, assisted with one of the first notifications to be made in a Danish public tender.

Lise holds a Master's degree in law from the University of Copenhagen and a post graduate diploma in "Public Procurement Regulation in the EU and in its Global Context" from King's College London.
