Sara Sadolin

Sara advises on public law issues and is responsible for Plesner's practice area in environmental and planning law. She provides counsel to and represents public authorities as well as Danish and international businesses in matters involving complex environmental and planning issues, including legal proceedings, complaint proceedings, and corporate transactions.

Sara has expertise in Annex VI species, soil pollution, and EIA permits. She advises clients on a broad range of regulatory issues, including licensing requirements and supervision, Annex VI species concerns, soil pollution matters, environmental impact assessment permits and requirements, and requirements for approval and support for renewable energy plants.

Sara's previous work at the Planning Appeal Board has provided her with thorough knowledge of administrative practice in the area of planning and the considerations applying to the enforcement of planning law. This experience has given her deep insight into how public authorities operate and how administrative appeal bodies function. Sara's ability to blend legal expertise with a comprehensive understanding of public administration allows her to deliver solutions that are both legally sound and practically feasible, demonstrating her strategic insight and commitment to achieving client objectives.

Sara holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Aarhus. 

Sara is part of Plesner's Energy and Infrastructure team with a specific focus on environmental and regulatory matters.
