Jacob is an assistant attorney in our Private Investment Funds team.
Jacob has a market-oriented mindset and advises fund managers on the formation and operation of private investment funds and GPs in related matters.
Jacob also advises institutional and professional investors on investments in private investment funds.
Jacob has a Master's degree in law from the University of Copenhagen and has studied at Duke Law School and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
