Anne Aagaard Madsen

Anne advises and represents Danish and international businesses and public authorities in complex environmental and public law matters and provides advice on environmental and regulatory issues in connection with project transactions.

Anne holds a Master's degree in Law from Aalborg University. Her background includes several years in the public administration, through which she has developed a thorough understanding of the practical and legal issues arising in processes involving Danish public authorities.

Anne places great emphasis on close collaboration with both colleagues and clients. This approach ensures that clients receive well-founded, comprehensive, and practically applicable advice, drawing on the combined expertise across the Plesner team.
