M2 Asset Management AB sells residential portfolio to PenSam

Plesner advised M2 Asset Management AB in connection with the sale of a residential portfolio of owner-occupied flats in the centre of Copenhagen to PenSam.
The transaction includes 78 owner-occupied flats in the properties Christiansgården and Kongegården which, together with the properties Dronningegården and Prinsessegården, constitute the iconic and listed residential building complex referred to as Dronningegården.
Dronningegården was built between 1943 and 1958 and was designed by Danish architects Kay Fisker, C.F. Møller and Svenn Eske Kristensen.
Catella Corporate Finance was responsible for the sales process.
