Plesner strengthens partnership with three new partners

We celebrate the new year by expanding the number of Plesner partners. We welcome three strong Plesner profiles to the partnership and look forward to a new and exciting year.

Together with Plesner's current partners, Lise, Christian and Simon will be leading Plesner, focusing on the management and continued development of the firm. We look forward to continuing our collaboration across teams and with our clients.

The new partners 

Lise Aaby Nielsen focuses on public procurement law, Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) and Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR). Lise has extensive experience advising both Danish and international companies on all aspects of these subjects. 

Christian Frank Madsen focuses on corporate M&A transactions and has extensive experience with complex Danish and international transactions across various sectors. He advises private equity sponsors, industrial clients, family offices, and business founders. 

Simon Västernäs focuses on corporate M&A transactions. He has extensive experience advising in particular listed companies, large corporations and other industrial players on complex Danish and international M&A transactions. Simon also advises on capital markets law compliance.
