The Kingdom of Denmark acquires majority stake in Københavns Lufthavne from ATP

The Kingdom of Denmark, via the Ministry of Finance, has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Københavns Lufthavne A/S from Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension (ATP).
Plesner has assisted the Kingdom of Denmark, via the Ministry of Finance, in connection with the transaction, including with respect to M&A and regulatory (EU merger control and FSR approval) aspects.
