Work-life Balance

We believe that flexibility in choosing where you work increases well-being and productivity. Therefore, it is all up to you. You may plan your week with days at Plesner's office, at home, at your summer house, or at another suitable location. You can also distribute your workday among multiple locations. Plesner provides suitable furniture and IT equipment for your home office.

There are no rules at Plesner regarding how many days a week you must come to the office. The level of flexibility we each desire varies, and our needs change over time. We’ll leave it to you and your manager to continually shape and align expectations to establish a structure, that works for both of you.
