Esben Kjær

Esben has extensive experience with M&A and investment transactions, including negotiating and establishing joint ventures. He has been involved in significant projects, advising on everything from acquisitions and mergers to development contracts and regulatory matters. Esben have a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and he has also completed an internship at Haight Gardner, Poor & Havens in New York. He worked at Lett Vilstrup & Partnere, where he became a partner in 2001, before he joined Plesner as a partner in 2005.
