Plesner advises PATRIZIA on the sale of the eastern part of Marmorbyen

Case News
Plesner has advised PATRIZIA (Patrizia Wohnmodul I Zwischenholding S.á.r.l.) on the sale of Ejendomsselskabet PADK M1 ApS and indirectly its property portfolio of 13,969 sqm., consisting of 128 residential commonhold units as well as 4 commercial units situated in Marmorbyen in Nordhavn.

The buyer is a company administrated by CBRE Global Investors.

PATRIZIA hereby sells the eastern part of the Marble City, which consists of a portfolio of newly built residential and non-residential leaases. The property is designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects in typical Nordic tradition with clean lines and is surrounded by canals and green oases.

Historically, Nordhavn has served as a combined industrial and harbor area, but since 2009 it has undergone a significant transformation, developing into an attractive urban area with some of the most modern residential and non-residential properties in Copenhagen.

The property portfolio in Marble City was a contribution to this development when it was built in 2015.

A marble plant, which was one of the first industrial companies in the area, was placed on this exact location which has led to the naming of the Marble City.

Plesner's core team on the transaction consisted of Mads Berg and Simon Winther Bjerregaard.
