David Joakim Grann

David is primarily engaged in litigation and arbitration proceedings, in particular tort and contractual disputes in the areas of construction law, tort law and contract law.

David advises Danish and international businesses in cases before the ordinary courts of law and in arbitration proceedings before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board and the Danish Institute of Arbitration.

David has also been advising on the formation and operation of private investment funds, including on financial and regulatory matters relating to managers of alternative investment funds, and he has advised institutional and professional investors on the acquisition of interests in investment funds.
