VOS ApS sold to Tour Partner Group

VOS ApS was founded in 1998 and is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with additional sale representatives in Thailand, Vietnam, Portugal, Spain, France and Portugal. By providing the widest destination offering in the Nordics, VOS ApS is now a leading destination management company focusing on leisure round trips for a broad range of international tour operators and travel agencies.

Tour Partner Group is a leading European B2B tour operator and destination management company for the Northern Europe and specializes in making tailor-made tours in UK, Ireland, Nordics and Baltics. Tour Partner Group arranges more than 25,000 tours annually, partners with over 5,000 suppliers, and employs more than 300 destination specialists across its offices in London, Edinburgh, Dublin and Copenhagen. Tour Partner Group is backed by the London-based private equity firm, Mayfair Equity Partners.

VOS will initially operate under its current brand to ensure continuity for clients, suppliers, and staff, while cooperating with Tour Partner Group's Copenhagen-based Nordic business to develop a leading destination management platform in the region.
