Netcompany acquires Copenhagen Airports' share of Smarter Airports
Smarter Airports develops digital solutions for airport operations, including the AIRHART platform.

Smarter Airports was established in 2020 as a joint venture between Netcompany and Copenhagen Airports to develop digital solutions for airport operations.
The AIRHART platform supports coordination of airport activities with the aim of enabling more efficient, safe and seamless operations. In addition to Copenhagen Airport, the solution has been chosen as the core platform for airport operations at some of Europe's largest airports, including Heathrow and Munich.
By acquiring full ownership, Netcompany assumes full responsibility for the continued development and commercialisation of the platform.
Plesner advised in connection with the transaction, with the core team consisting of Thomas Holst Laursen, Tina Brøgger Sørensen, Frederik Jastrup Brodersen, Astrid Kildevang Modler and Ida Anna Larsen.
