Mitie acquires El-Team Vest A/S
Founded in 2007 by Søren Jochimsen, El-Team Vest A/S has developed into a specialised provider of electrical installations and systems in Denmark. The company delivers comprehensive electrical contracting services, as well as advanced fire and security solutions, and has approx. 80 employees.
Mitie is one of UK's leading providers of facilities management and professional services, and offers a broad range of services across infrastructure, building solutions, facilities and property management, with approx. 80,000 employees.
The acquisition of El-Team Vest A/S marks Mitie's entry into the Danish market and represents a key strategic milestone in its expansion into the Nordics. The transaction strengthens Mitie's capabilities in technical services and intelligent building solutions, while establishing a platform for continued growth across the region.
