Invesco acquires three residential projects in Ballerup

Plesner has advised Invesco Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of three residential projects in Ballerup with a total of approximately 340 residential units. The acquisition is made in cooperation with the Danish real estate investment and management company RUBIK PROPERTIES. The seller and developer of the project is FB Gruppen.
The properties will be constructed during 2023 and early 2024. In total, the projects will consist of approximately 25,000 sqm. located in the "Baltorpplænen" district, which in addition to housing and cultural functions, will contain a climate park.
With the acquisition of the three projects Invesco now has around 900 residential units in Greater Copenhagen, making it one of the largest international investors in the local market.
