Plesner advises Studentbostäder i Norden AB on the acquisition of a development project in Copenhagen

The sellers - SEBC II ApS and Bonum Development ApS - are developers of the project and responsible for turn-key delivery of the project. Handover of the project is scheduled for December 2023 when Studentbostäder i Norden AB (publ) will acquire the property through a transaction.

The transaction emphasises Studentbostäder i Nordens AB's desire to set up in Denmark. Last year, the company entered into a contract of sale for another student housing project at Engvej in Kastrup which is being developed by Gefion Group A/S.

The transaction structuring and arrangement was led by Norwegian investment bank Pareto Securities AB.
