Triton-backed LeDap Group acquires Padel Club Danmark. Padel Club Danmark is the leading padel chain in Denmark and is currently operating 12 padel centers and 85 courts. In addition, Padel Club Danmark provides mobile padel courts through the company Padel PopUp. The existing management in Padel Club Danmark will continue to be actively involved in the combined business. Plesner advised Triton Partners on the transaction together with White & Case.

LeDap, a newly established international group of padel companies backed by the international private equity fund Triton Partners, operates more than 100 centres with over 700 padel courts. The group is currently present in eight countries, including among others Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. 

It is the ambition of LeDap to become the world’s leading platform to drive the growth, innovation, digitalization, and professionalization of the sport of padel. By the end of 2022, it is the expectation to be present in more than 200 locations and operate more than 1,700 courts.

Triton Partners is an international private equity fund established in 1997 which has sponsored 10 funds focusing on businesses in the industrial & technology, services, consumer and health sectors. The Triton funds invest in and support the positive development of medium-sized businesses headquartered in Europe.
