Mads is part of Plesner's Energy and Infrastructure team, where he primarily advises Danish and international clients on energy and infrastructure transactions. He primarily provides counsel to clients on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including general contractual and commercial matters.

Mads has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen. In addition, Mads has pursued a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, where he specialised in finance and sustainability.
