Regitze Bech Lihn

Regitze focuses on litigation and arbitration, with a particular emphasis on complex commercial disputes and transaction-related matters, including post-M&A and shareholder disputes. She has experience before all instances of the ordinary courts in Denmark as well as arbitration proceedings under the DIA and SCC rules and ad hoc arbitration.

Regitze advises on a broad range of disputes within contract, tort and company law, including management and professional liability, expropriation, white-collar crime and legal inquiries. She regularly handles large and complex case portfolios and is experienced in managing proceedings involving extensive factual and evidentiary material.

She obtained right of audience before the Danish High Court after only one trial and six months as a qualified attorney.
