Jesper advises institutional investors, property funds, developers, and industrial clients on M&A real estate transactions, project development, and property law issues.
Jesper has particular expertise in sell-side / buy-side mandates on complex portfolio transactions, as well as forward-funding and forward-purchasing transactions.
Additionally, Jesper brings experience in real estate and project financing transactions, as well as M&A transactions within the construction industry.
