Daniel Boel Idorn

He advises Danish and international employers, contractors and technical consultants throughout the lifecycle of complex construction projects, including procurement, contract negotiation, contract management, and dispute resolution.

Daniel wrote his master thesis in public procurement law and has previously worked primarily with public procurement, tendering and contracting.

Daniel combines extensive experience from litigation and arbitration with practical front-end advisory work, which enables him to provide strategical and pragmatic advice on technically complex projects where legal, commercial and engineering considerations must be managed simultaneously.

Daniel has been an external lecturer in property and creditor law at the University of Copenhagen and serves as a permanent arbitrator at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. His academic background complements his practical approach to complex construction disputes
