Amalie Paugan

She has worked for a wide range of national and international energy producers and traders, PE funds and sponsors. Further, Amalie has been on a secondment to Nature Energy - one of the world’s leading producers of biogas on the international market - where she has gained insights into the drivers and functioning of the biogas sector.

Amalie have a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and has studied at The University of Sydney Law School and at Cornell Law School at the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Many of the cases that Amalie is involved in require a large, multi-specialist team and project leadership. She and the team are sought out by clients for the ability to handle and manage large and complex processes, including due diligence and sales processes, and for their structured and solution-oriented approach.
