Sigrid Poulsen

Sigrid primarily advises Danish and international clients on corporate matters relating to company law, foundation law, and commercial law. She provides legal assistance in a wide range of areas relating to corporate law, spanning from national and cross-border conversions, mergers and divisions, and company management to corporate governance and formation and dissolution of companies.

Sigrid has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and studied a semester at the University of British Columbia.
