Maja Dahl-Jessen

Maja specialises in Corporate Law and M&A, primarily in complex, merger transactions and corporate restructurings of cross-border nature. Maja also specialises in capital investments and advises on corporate capitalisation and has extensive experience in corporate law and corporate governance. 

Maja has a Master's degree in Law, having studied the LL.B. programme at Aarhus University and completed the LL.M. programme at the University of Copenhagen. Maja also holds an LL.M. degree in Corporate, Business and Transactional Law from Columbia Law School in New York, where she was honoured as the named scholar of the Morris Fellowship Scholarship. In addition, Maja has undertaken supplementary education in investments, finance and accounting on Copenhagen Business School. 

While working as an attorney, Maja has spent several years as an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen, teaching law students in company law, capital market law and accounting law.
