
Lise Høy Falsner
She possesses extensive experience in employment and labour law, providing advice to private, public, and semi-public businesses. Her expertise includes restructurings, redundancies, collective agreement interpretation, working time regulations, EU law regulations, and anti-discrimination rules.
Lise's extensive litigation and arbitration experience makes her a highly sought-after attorney for handling employment and labour law cases. She regularly represents clients before the Danish High Courts, the Danish Supreme Court, the Labour Court, and industrial arbitration tribunals.
