The program is structured into three targeted modules, each offering six in-depth lessons:
Module 1: An introduction to AI and its evolving regulatory framework, with a focus on the EU AI Act.
Module 2: Exploration of legal frameworks relevant to AI, covering GDPR compliance, employment law challenges, and the ethical and security risks of AI deployment.
Module 3: Practical insights into AI agreements and AI projects, along with considerations related to intellectual property rights, the Data Act, and the NIS2 Directive.
