Plesner is pleased to announce the return of our AI training program, developed in collaboration with Danske Advokater. Following the success of last year's session, we are once again offering a comprehensive program designed to provide you with the essential tools needed to address the legal questions and uncertainties that arise as you explore the opportunities offered by AI.

With the rapid rise of artificial intelligence, especially after the breakthrough launch of ChatGPT in late 2022, AI is transforming industries worldwide—and Danish companies are no exception. As AI becomes an integral part of business operations, the demand for legal expertise surrounding its use has never been higher. Plesner, in partnership with the Association of Danish Law Firms (Danske Advokater), now introduces a comprehensive AI training program tailored to meet this growing demand.

This program is designed for legal professionals, consultants, procurement specialists, AI project managers, and other AI stakeholders who want to gain insights into AI's legal landscape. What does the program cover?

The program is structured into three targeted modules, each offering six in-depth lessons:

Module 1: An introduction to AI and its evolving regulatory framework, with a focus on the EU AI Act.

Module 2: Exploration of legal frameworks relevant to AI, covering GDPR compliance, employment law challenges, and the ethical and security risks of AI deployment.

Module 3: Practical insights into AI agreements and AI projects, along with considerations related to intellectual property rights, the Data Act, and the NIS2 Directive.
