You will be joining a professional community where we collaborate closely to create the best solutions for our clients – ranging from contract negotiations and regulatory matters to litigation. We also collaborate across Plesner's specialist teams to provide holistic legal advice.
As an assistant attorney or junior legal advisor in our IP team, your work will include:
Preparing and handling patent cases
Drafting complex IP contracts
Conducting legal research and analysis.
Who are you?
We are looking for an ambitious 1st year assistant attorney or junior legal advisor with strong legal expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
You are thorough, have strong attention to detail, and are solution-oriented and pro-active. You are motivated by creating the best solutions alongside equally skilled and ambitious colleagues.
You are a strong team player who understands that collaboration is the key to success, and you are able to communicate complex legal issues clearly and precisely in both Danish and English.

In addition to hands-on experience, you will receive feedback from some of Denmark's top legal specialists and have access to relevant courses and training to support your development. You will attend either the Danish Bar and Law Society (Advokatsamfundet) training programme for assistant attorneys, or the training programme for junior legal advisors.
