Nikolai Seltoft
Nikolai represents Danish and international clients in connection with legal proceedings and disputes, including in matters concerning preliminary injunctions and preservation of evidence. Nikolai provides advice on patents, trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights in particular.
Nikolai has an LL.M from Stanford Law School and also studied at Harvard University. He is licensed to practice law in California and has worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York. Consequently, he is well acquainted with international intellectual property rights and has wide experience of concluding agreements on the exploitation of intellectual property rights, including licence agreements, research and development agreements and other technology transfer agreements. In addition, Nikolai has a Graduate Diploma in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
Nikolai has lectured on European intellectual property law at Copenhagen Business School and is (co-)author of a number of articles on intellectual property rights.
