Pinerock Group acquires Hovedstadens Bygningsentreprise
Hovedstadens Bygningsentreprise was founded in 1982 and specialises in renovation, maintenance and improvement of existing buildings. The company primarily serves housing associations, municipalities and other public-sector customers. The company employs more than 160 people and generates annual revenues of approx. DKK 600 million.
Pinerock Group is a Swedish provider of RMI and construction services. Since its formation in 2020, the group has expanded through acquisitions and organic growth and today operates across Sweden, Norway and Finland. The acquisition forms part of Pinerock Group's continued Nordic expansion and establishes the group's presence in Denmark. Since 2024, Pinerock Group has been majority owned by funds managed by private equity sponsor EMK Capital.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approval.
