Mitie acquires ABC Elektro AS

ABC Elektro AS was established in 2010 and has developed into a solid electrical installation service provider that carries out both small and large electrical projects for private customers, public procurement and the business/industrial market.

Mitie is one of UK's leading providers of facilities management and professional services, and offers a broad range of services across infrastructure, building solutions, facilities and property management, with approx. 80,000 employees.

The acquisition of El-Team Vest A/S marks Mitie's entry into the Norwegian market and represents a key strategic milestone in its expansion into the Nordics. The transaction strengthens Mitie's capabilities in technical services and intelligent building solutions, while establishing a platform for continued growth across the region.
