KMT Medical to divest Kirstine Hardam
Kirstine Hardam A/S, established in 1980, is a Denmark-based company known for its expertise in the distribution of medical devices and healthcare products, specialising in the sale of branded supplies from leading international manufacturers within ostomy, wound care, nutrition and incontinence care to hospitals and direct-to-patient services in Denmark.
KMT Medical, a group of leading healthcare service companies operating as a subsidiary of the Firm John Dickinson Schneider, provides home healthcare services, working with clinicians to offer high-quality products and personalised service.
Asker Healthcare Group is a European healthcare company that partners with caregivers and patients across Europe, providing medical products and solutions. The acquisition of Kirstine Hardam will enhance Asker's presence in the Danish market.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and expected to close in Q4 of 2025.
