Plesner is pleased to announce the launch of a new AI training program, developed in collaboration with the Association of Danish Law Firms (Danske Advokater). With the rapid rise of artificial intelligence (AI), especially after the breakthrough launch of ChatGPT in late 2022, AI is transforming industries worldwide—and Danish companies are no exception. As AI becomes an integral part of business operations, the demand for legal expertise surrounding its use has never been higher. Plesner, in partnership with the Association of Danish Law Firms (Danske Advokater), now introduces a comprehensive AI training program tailored to meet this growing demand.

This program is designed for legal professionals, consultants, procurement specialists, AI project managers and other AI stakeholders wanting to gain insights into AI's legal landscape. What does the program cover?

The program is structured as three targeted modules, each offering six in-depth lessons:

Module 1: An introduction to AI, its ethical dimensions, and legal security considerations.

Module 2: Exploration of regulatory frameworks, including the EU AI Act, GDPR compliance, and employment law.

Module 3: Practical insights into AI agreements, managing AI projects, and safeguarding intellectual property rights.

By the end of the program, participants will have acquired:
