Accenture acquires Mjølner Informatics

Mjølner Informatics specialises in software development and digitalisation services. Mjølner Informatics serves a number of Danish blue-chip customers, including within manufacturing and the energy and utilities sector. Mjølner Informatics employs more than 400 people across four offices in Denmark and a nearshore delivery centre in Spain.

Accenture is a leading global professional services company delivering strategy, consulting, technology and operations solutions to organisations across industries, with approximately 1,000 employees in Denmark and more than 800,000 employees globally. The acquisition strengthens Accenture's digital engineering capabilities across AI and software development while supporting the group's strategic expansion in Western Denmark, and its partnership with Norlys to support continued digital development throughout the Norlys group.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
