Aalberts completes divestment of BROEN Valve Technologies

Plesner has acted as legal advisor to Aalberts, a Dutch mission-critical industrial technologies company listed on Euronext Amsterdam, in connection with its divestment of BROEN Valve Technologies (Broen) to Vexve.
Aalberts engineers mission-critical technologies across three end markets - building, industry and semicon - and operates from 127 locations across more than 50 countries.
Aalberts has divested 100% of the shares of Broen, a global market leader in the development and production of energy-efficient valve technologies headquartered in Denmark. Broen generates annual revenue of approximately EUR 82 million and employs approximately 500 people.
As part of the transaction, Broen has joined Vexve, a leading European provider of mission-critical valve solutions.
