Working almost exclusively within M&A throughout Søren’s career, Søren brings solid experience in handling complex transactions from initial structuring to completion. Søren regularly assists clients with acquisitions, divestments and corporate reorganisations, and focuses on ensuring that legal solutions support the commercial objectives of the business. This includes navigating negotiations, managing stakeholders, and addressing the practical challenges that arise in transaction processes.

Furthermore, Søren has for several years taught corporate law at the University of Copenhagen. This engagement reflects a strong foundation in the legal discipline and contributes to a structured and analytical approach to advisory work.
