Kasper is an attorney-at-law in our Employment and Labour Law team.
Kasper advises on a wide range of employment law matters, both labour law and employment law. This includes procedures and considerations when hiring or dismissing employees, interpretation of collective agreements, agreements on restrictive employment clauses, commission schemes, discrimination, changes to existing terms of employment, and business transfers.
Kasper has previously been involved in collective bargaining and projects in relation to the implementation of new rules regarding recording of working time.
