Kristina Kristensen

Kristina focuses on matters relating to foundation law and advises both commercial and non-commercial foundations as well as Danish and international enterprises on corporate law, foundation law, corporate governance, and group structures.

Kristina covers a broad range of corporate law matters, including foundation advisory, M&A, national and cross-border transactions, restructurings, mergers and demergers, investments, compliance, and governance. She brings solid experience and commercial insight to clients navigating complex legal frameworks and organisational structures.

Kristina has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen. During her studies, she also attended the London School of Economics and participated in an international negotiation competition organised by a global negotiation network.
