The Insurance and Pension Law team has detailed knowledge of the insurance and pension industry, as well as insurance intermediaries, thanks to the cases in which we have been involved. Our participation in and board work for trade associations such as the Danish Association of Insurance Law, the European Chapter of AIDA, and AIDA World underpin this knowledge. Almost all the regulatory matters that Charlotte is involved in require a multi-disciplinary team approach. Clients frequently seek her and the team out for their capacity to offer clear guidance, clear communication, and a deep commercial understanding of the client's needs.
